For clients whose business system Sarah has built, System Care is intended as recurring support for routine upkeep and relatively small changes: updating content, images, links, or service details; making minor page adjustments; and checking existing forms, automations, or integrations.
Monthly scope and pricing will be shaped through the first complete client build and agreed before support begins.
When the business changes, the system can change with it.
A new service, intake process, booking journey, automation, membership, CRM, technology, or major customer-path change is new Business Architecture work—scoped around what the next stage needs.
Maintaining what we built is different from designing what comes next.
